Iftar & Sahour For Homeless During Ramadan (Malaysia)

We are writing to you today to bring attention to the growing homeless situation in Kuala Lumpur, and to ask for your support in providing meals for the homeless during the upcoming Ramadan month. Homeless people in downtown KL is reported to live below the poverty line and the pandemic that causing the economic downturn has increased the total poverty number. With the current situation homeless people need your help to get survived because they are facing issues of getting at least one meal per a day. PROGRAMME'S OBJECTIVE: 1) Help homeless people in Kl who are less able to get Ramadan meals 2) Provide adequate supply to the public 3) Provide a platform for the public to channel contributions to the homeless people of KL. As you may already know, Kuala Lumpur is one of the fastest-growing cities in Southeast Asia, and with that growth comes an increase in homelessness. Every night, hundreds of people in Kuala Lumpur are left without a roof over their heads, and without access to basic necessities like food and water. This problem is particularly acute during the month of Ramadan, which begins on April 2nd this year. During this month, Muslims around the world fast from sunrise to sunset, which can be particularly challenging for homeless individuals who have no means to break their fast or access to clean water. That's why we are launching a campaign to provide meals for the homeless during Ramadan. Our goal is to raise enough funds to provide nutritious meals for as many homeless individuals as possible, throughout the month of Ramadan. Your support is crucial in making this campaign a success.
